Fast PDF, LLC respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that use Fast PDF, LLC's conversion services. Individually identifiable information about you is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving your permission, as explained in this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy").

Information Collection and Use

Fast PDF, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. Fast PDF, LLC does not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Fast PDF, LLC may collect information from users at several different points on this website.

During the process of PDF creation - we do not read or keep copies of either your original files or of the PDF files we generate. All files are routinely deleted from the Fast PDF system by an automatic process. We will only examine a user's file if that user reports a problem and gives us explicit permission to access that document.

Registration

Some portions of this website require a user to provide contact information (such as their email address). This information is used to contact the user regarding specific services for which they have expressed interest. This includes notifying them of when their conversion job is finished, but may also include notification of promotional offers for which they have expressed interest.

Cookies

Fast PDF does not currently use cookies. A cookie is a piece of data that identifies you as a unique user. Some of Fast PDF, LLC's business partners may use cookies (for example, advertisers). However, Fast PDF, LLC has no access to or control over these cookies.

Log Files

Fast PDF, LLC uses logged IP address information to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Sharing

Fast PDF, LLC may share aggregated demographic information with partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. Fast PDF, LLC partners with other parties to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, Fast PDF, LLC will share the user's name or any other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Fast PDF contains links to other sites. Please be aware that Fast PDF, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by this website.

Surveys and Contests

From time-to-time Fast PDF requests information from users via surveys and/or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code or age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Site and Service Updates

Fast PDF, LLC may send users site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important (non-marketing) information about the service.

Alterations

Fast PDF, LLC reserves the right to augment this Privacy Policy as the service evolves, particularly if/when added services require the collection of additional user information.
